pkshan reserves the right to request documentation verifying your age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals being held pending verification.

All bonuses carry a validity period from the date of award, as specified in the individual promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically forfeited. pkshan does not extend bonus validity periods except at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Any player found to be abusing pkshan's bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or engaging in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players — will have their bonus funds voided and their account reviewed for suspension or permanent closure. pkshan's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.

pkshan reserves the right to cancel, void, or amend any bet that has been accepted in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error — or bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
In the event of a technical fault, connectivity issue, or system error during a game round or bet placement, pkshan will use all reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the state of play from available records and resolve the affected round or bet fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected stake will be returned. pkshan is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkshan platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the pkshan platform — including but not limited to the pkshan brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of pkshan or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use pkshan's intellectual property for any purpose outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the pkshan platform without prior written consent from pkshan.
